In the app (fastest)
- Open TCA Plus and go to Account.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm by typing DELETE. Deletion is immediate.
In any browser
If you no longer have the app installed, go to app.tcaplus.com, sign in with your account, and use Delete account. This works whether or not you have a subscription — nothing needs to be installed.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, email support@mostlyharmless.dev from the address on your account and ask for it to be deleted. Requests are handled within a few business days.
What is deleted
Your account, sign-in credentials, tags (bookmarks), reading history, and entitlement records are permanently removed. Audit records of legacy-access grants and purchase verifications may be retained, without a link to your account, for fraud prevention and financial record-keeping — see the privacy policy.
Lifetime legacy access: if your account has lifetime access from the original paid TCA Plus app, deleting the account gives that access up, and it may not be recoverable afterward.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it first — afterwards the account no longer exists to look it up by.
- Bought in the iOS or Android app: cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Bought on the web: cancel in the customer portal linked from your receipt and renewal emails, or from Manage subscription in the app's delete confirmation.
